FunCakes Acetate Roll - 8cm X 20m

The FunCakes Acetate Roll is a foodsafe acetate foil.

The acetate is suitable for working with chocolate and making e.g. bavarois and cheesecakes, and is easy to cut for various purposes.

How to prepare a mould for a perfect cream cake:

• Cut acetate to the required size.
• Start with cake at the bottom,
• Put acetate inside and add a cream filling like bavarois or cheesecake.
• Allow to cool and set.
• Remove mould and acetate.

Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
