Saracino White Flower Paste - Top Quality Paste that gives excellent results

Saracino are delighted to bring their flower paste to the market.

It can be rolled very thinly and does not dry too fast which allows time for applying changes and refinement.

It does not dry out too brittle like other pastes so hopefully some flower breakages will be avoided.

It is also ideal for use with veiners and can be used with lace moulds due to its fine and smooth texture. 

It also has a subtle aroma and taste.

How to use:

• Prepare by kneading and working until soft and pliable
• It is normal for the paste to feel hard when un-packaged
• Model as required
• Apply to your prepared cake

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, high oleic sunflower oil, rice starch, stabiliser; xanthum gum E145, flavour, potassium sorbate, acid; vitric acid E330.

Allergy Advice: Gluten free, fat free, vegan friendly. Free from celery, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, lupin, molluscs, crustaceans.

Contains Milk.

Possible cross contamination of: eggs, soybeans, PEANUTS & NUTS (almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts).

Store in a cool dry place, shield from direct light.
