Saracino Clear Isomalt - 500g

Saracino Isolmalt is easy to use. Once melted in the microwave or over heat until it becomes crystal clear, this product can be poured slowly over ice cubes, into cold water or onto the silicon mat.

You can easily obtain beautiful abstract structures which, when placed on cold cakes or cakes for special occasions, make your piece even more special.

Sets to a semi-transparent finish resembling stained glass

'Clear' refers to fact that no colour is added - this will NOT set crystal clear, especially if any humidity is present - colorless Isomalt can be coloured with care

WARNING: Isomalt has a melting point of Approx 145°C - 150°C and exceeds 180°C  in a microwave, so please exercise caution as burns are possible.
