Saracino Gel Colour - Black

High concentration edible gel pigment.

Add the gel to the to product to be coloured. It can be used to colour sugarpaste, modelling paste, marzipan, whipped cream, buttercream & royal icing.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, sucrose, colors: Brilliant Black BN, Tartrazine, Azorubine, Brilliant blue FCF; gelling agent: agar; humectant: glycerol; color: Sunset Yellow FCF; acid: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate.

Allergy Advice: Gluten free. Alcohol free. Free from Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Nuts, Milk. Possible cross contamination of Soya Beans.
